This Hymer is immaculate having one previous owner.  Supplied and serviced yearly by Brownhills in the UK, and therefore right hand drive.  All servicing, Habitation annual check and damp tests can be verified by Brownhills.  It also has Hymer’s six year water ingress warranty.

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 518 CDI engine is a V6 24v DOHC, Turbo Diesel  with intercooler.  2,987cc with 181 hp (184 PS) and 295 ft-lbf (400 N.m) torque.  Giving a very good return on miles per gallon, urban 20.8, Extra urban 34.9 and combined 28.3 mpg (Mercedes van figures). Euro-4 rating which keep emission levels down to a minimum.  There is a 6 speed Automatic gearbox and cruise control.

The Hymer 830S Mercedes-Benz 518 CDI is the top of the Hymer range and considered the best European motorhome.  The price when new was in-excess of £130,000.  The build quality and style reflects this and can be compared to a Yacht costing several million.  This model has a dark wood veneer much preferred by the UK market, and full leather.

The single-level floor incorporates the drivers cabin into the living area making this perfect in form and spacious in feeling.  The L-shaped corner seating area makes for a relaxed lounge.  Entertaining?  The round table converts and extends, and by using the swivelling driver and passenger seats there is seating and fine dining for six.

The furnishing conveys an impression of high quality, contemporary style and creates an aura of elegance and comfort.  The crafted furniture offers plenty of practical storage and clever features.  The overhead cabinet for wine glasses ensures safe storage, as well as housing the power-operated drop down television.  Lighting plays a very important role allowing you to create many moods.

The innovative fittings compliment and perfect the functional kitchen, striking in its modern design;  retractable tap integrated in an elegant light column, the TEC Tower combination comprising a 150-litre refrigerator including 25-litre freezer compartment and gas oven, An efficient extractor fan ensures a good atmosphere.

Spacious, clearly laid out drawers are roller-mounted and gently slide home.  All drawers are centrally locked at the press of a button or when the engine is started.

Capacious wall cupboards put the finishing touches to the overall impression.

No compromise washroom area, the brilliant scheme with the arrangement in front of the sleeping area allows complete separation of washroom and shower and partitions them off from the living area.  At the same time the great space lends itself to use as a dressing room.
